A beautiful, high-quality original SYMPHONIE WESTERWALD Double Horn, silver-plated, Model: Europa. This double horn is the ultimate luxury model among good mid-range instruments, silver-plated, and in a top-tier design. The extremely high performance of the mechanism ensures excellent playability both in higher and lower registers. The well-known WMIW mechanism is very quiet and buttery smooth. The trigger valve can be adjusted depending on hand size. Additionally, the basic tuning can be set from F/B to B/F. The optimal calibration for the basic tuning is between 438Hz and 442Hz. 4.5 octaves are no problem, and even 5 octaves with sufficient experience and good technique. The response is light, and the instrument is flawless in terms of tuning and intonation, making it perfect for use in music societies and wind orchestras, which we receive consistent feedback about. The horn is easy and secure to play in both lower and higher registers. The soft, full sound will surprise you. The bell is detachable, so the horn can be transported in a convenient luxury gig bag (hard case). The horn also has an additional water key.

Passt. Habe mir das Instrument als Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Sohn gekauft. Spiele selbst seit Jahren Horn. An mein Alexander kommt es in den hohen Lagen nicht ganz ran aber die wird mein Sohn die ersten Jahren nicht spielen und wenn er so lange dabei bleibt dann gibt’s ein anderes. Optisch ist das Horn unschlagbar.
